Artist Profile
Cheryl Aldridge is an artist, and calligrapher, based on Boston's Beacon Hill. Prior to dedicating her time to artistic pursuits, she enjoyed a long career in real estate management at the Prudential, followed by management and development at Boston's historic Old North Church, and successful fundraising efforts for Historic New England.
As an active participant in the Studio Art Classes at the Museum of Fine Arts, she has studied with Bill Commerford, Judy Ryan, and Carmella Yager. To all, she extends grateful appreciation for their expert advice and encouragement.
Her two faithful companions, Maine Coon cats Paprika and Wiscky, inspired her to capture their unique personalities on paper, which led to concentrated efforts to do the same for others.
Acknowledgment and gratitude must also be given to JT Aldridge for his support, his tireless efforts in creating this website - and his one last critique before a work is finished.
